At least eight (8) characters in length.

Must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character (i.e. @ $ & ! * #).
Must contain at least one upper-case character.
Must contain at least one lower-case character.
Cannot contain more than two of the same character.
Passwords expire periodically at which time you will be prompted for a new one.
